Cannot even open the door to show you the progress, the drifts are so high! Had several scary moments during which we thought the satellite TV was going out, but happy to say that didn’t transpire. Basically, if you see TV news footage of people rolling past like tumbleweeds, that is Chicago.

It’s 4:45 AM. I can’t sleep- either can Darin. The drifts are so high you can only see the tip of our satellite dish. Good thing we can always stream from our computer!
And it is STILL snowing.
