On the Cusp

A couple more days like we had yesterday and the daffodils will burst into bloom. We hit 80 F with brilliant sunshine. I understand this broke a record set back in the 1940s, and we'll take it.

I planted lots more daffodils last fall, since they looked rather sparse last spring. Here's hoping they all flower. Our crocus flowers have already finished blooming, so it's time something else exhibited some color. Won't be long now.
