Tender Moment

They're both females, though that doesn't always stop dogs from "gettin' friendly.' But in this case they're just having a moment of semi-rough play. Doesn't happen too often anymore. The older dog, Taffy (in back) is a confrontation avoider, opting to run away from a situation instead of engaging in this sort of play.

It's because she has such a passive personality these two get along. Two female JRTs tend to fight, sometimes to the death, even after having known each other for years. Scary thought, but we know Taffy would back down and let Lia have her way. So we don't worry so much.

We're just glad they get along, and enjoy their very different personalities.It keeps life exciting, because we're just too boring around here. Nothing ever happens to us…
