Current reading: Taking the lazy way out

I wrote all about my current reading on the blog I write for the North Suburban Library District this morning. While I could have just cut and pasted that here, without admitting I'm recycling, I felt I should admit my own laziness.

Honesty, after all, is the best policy. Sometimes. When it doesn't get you in too much trouble; gets you a job; doesn't destroy a friend's self esteem by saying, "No, those jeans do NOT make your @$$ look big," or, "He would be into you, if he weren't gay;" scores free tickets to movies or other entertainment venues; and a few other perks I perhaps shouldn't mention here. Because a FRIEND OF MINE has committed these acts, and I'm protecting me her.

Anyhoo, if you're interested in knowing what I'm reading lately, or most of what I'm reading lately (because, again, I am constitutionally lazy, and unashamed), pop on over and have a lookie. If you're not interested, well then, I'll just sit here and pout.
