Wendy, I took myself shopping at Barnes & Noble! I was afraid no one else would, plus I always take myself someplace special … I left the books in the car, so I don’t have the titles of both, but one is ‘Why We Make Mistakes,’ and the other a classic about feeling better and rising above bad things. The writer lived through the Holocaust, and it’s a classic, but I’m blanking on it now. Oh, and one book-related paper – Bookforum and a periodical about blogging. I spoil me every year!
Gal Pal, you’re more than welcome! Sushi is the food of the gods … I spent couple hours at B&N, so I can’t complain about the day so far. Am waiting for CHOCOLATE CAKE!
